Water Menu

Ray’s and Stark Bar is a restaurant located at the LACMA museum in Los Angeles. With cutting edge art exhibits at LACMA, the restaurant wanted to bring something new to the table. With European influences behind the cuisine, they had the idea of offering several types of water, a common practice in many European countries.

The 20 brands of water are organized by country in a 44-page booklet. In order to clearly demonstrate the differences between each brand of water, I also included a description of the history and terrain of where the water comes from, the mineral content and and a chart of the flavor profile: sweet, salty, smooth or complex.
